Day 16: On a scale of 1-10, rate Orlando Salido's win over Vasyl Lomachenko

I have absolutely no pity or something for Vasiliy. How arrogant and disdainful of a man to attempt to challenge for a world title in only his second professional prize fight without paying any dues?Loma allowed him? Are you just not being careful with how you say things? You have a pro fight setup, and there are many people involved in such fights, a lot of money to lose if a fight is called off. Also, it wasn't so much Salido's weight that caused issues in the fight.
Fury didn't cheat. There is no proof of that. There is clearly video evidence of Salido breaking the professional rules of boxing.
Just so you know, if you watch the fight, both fighters were connecting behind the head. That happens a lot, unintentionally. Regardless, Wilder and Fury had their fair share of rabbit punches. I never saw any overt, intentional rabbit punches, however.
As you should.
Rrrrrriiiiiggghhhht. So outboxing someone is foul *****. You have a very interesting perspective on boxing.
It's no wonder why Salido intentionally embarrassed and publicly humiliated him the way he did. He felt picked over. A young prospect doesn't supposed to come in with all that hype in order to show up an old cagey veteran as "Siri".
That's why, Orlando had to show him a couple of veteran moves or two in order to drop him down a few pegs while welcoming him into the world professional boxing at the same time; Where you are allowed to get away with things that you cant get away with in amateur boxing.
So whatever Loma's fans hang ups are, they might as well get over it and get use to it because I've learned through painful experiences that no one in the fight game owes you shit. After all, it's a fight guys and all is fair in war

I think you are the only one out of hundreds of people I have ever heard say those words or characterize it that way. It's actually kind of humorous, to be honest, to read this. I do believe Loma did so knowing the risk. Fought 12 rounds when most fight four to six rounds. I suppose if Loma were complaining about the decision but he never did, just took it as a reason to make sure it never happens again. It was a split decision loss, and Loma had Salido hanging on for dear life. So it's not a bad loss, and in my book and the majority's, it's not a loss at all.
Yeah. I'm not talking about that fight. I'm talking about the Salido vs Lomachenko fight. It's no wonder why Salido intentionally embarrassed and publicly humiliated him the way he did. He felt picked over.
Someone with arguably the best amateur record in history and dominated his first professional fight, a boxer with a 25-3-0 record?A young prospect doesn't supposed to come in with all that hype in order to show up an old cagey veteran as "Siri".
Correction. A couple of illegal moves. Illegal moves are not veteran moves. Rabbit punching and nut punching are not veteran moves. They are illegal and banned from professional boxing. And you are not allowed to get away with those moves. That's why Velez had a point deduction this last week when he punched Valdez below the belt. That's why, Orlando had to show him a couple of veteran moves or two in order to drop him down a few pegs while welcoming him into the world professional boxing at the same time; Where you are allowed to get away with things that you cant get away with in amateur boxing.
How long have you been watching boxing for? I'm just curious.
I don't think there are too many hung up on that Salido loss. In fact, the only people that seem to be hung up on that fight are Loma haters who spin that loss to mean much more than it actually does.So whatever Loma's fans hang ups are, they might as well get over it and get use to it because I've learned through painful experiences that no one in the fight game owes you shit. In fact, the only people that seem to be hung up on that fight are Loma haters who spin that loss to mean much more than it actually does.He stepped up to the big leagues without paying his dues and got his ass embarrassed and humiliated by a journeyman gatekeeper fighter. I hope that he has now learned his lesson. This is professional boxing where rules were made to be bent. He came into this prizefighting thing believing that it would just be your typical cakewalk in the park. However, boy was he wrong? He found out real soon that professional boxing is a whole new, entire and different breed from amateur boxing is; Where they are a lot more stringent and a stickler for the rules. He doubted and underestimated "Suri" which pissed him off the most. So the moral of the story is don't run your feet down some dead end streetI think you are the only one out of hundreds of people I have ever heard say those words or characterize it that way.
