Doubtful, hence his moves up to 175 and 168. He can't use the Clen to cut down to 160 so easily.

He failed the test for certain. It could have been bad meat or it could have been planned deliberate cheating. Canelo is very wealthy and could easily import his clean beef from the states. His muscularity is so extreme for a boxer that many think he takes peds even when he tests clean. Marquez is also suspect because he went from skinny guy to Mr. Muscles and he too has always tested clean.

Because he got caught cheating and now he will be even more careful. It's not hard to beat the tests. If you think the tests prove you're innocent then you know nothing how ped drugs work.
