100% yes. He's been caught using peds and was given a very small penalty. Now he's maybe using a more advance PEDS. Once a cheater will always be a cheater.

He got caught using PEDS and it was documented. I hate to admit it but that's the truth. since he is the cash cow now i thnk they will let him use those peds again and again to make more money. Go go go clenelo!
