I am a big fan of Pacquiao but I don't accept him as a legit 154 pound world champion. I also don't accept SR Leonard as a legit 175 pound light heavyweight champ when the weight limit was 168. To me if a world title is not fought at the standard class weight limit it should not count. 150 pounds is closer to 147 than 154.
