Do You Consider manny 7 or 8 Division Champ

I am a big fan of Pacquiao but I don't accept him as a legit 154 pound world champion. I also don't accept SR Leonard as a legit 175 pound light heavyweight champ when the weight limit was 168. To me if a world title is not fought at the standard class weight limit it should not count. 150 pounds is closer to 147 than 154.

150 is closer to 147 but Margarito blew up like balloon while on 2 yrs vacation he aint going back to 147 he had trouble making 150 their was talk of diuretics in his dressing room, weight is not a rubber band it cant be flaunted up and down with no effect.

This fight was scam in all areas, Margarito was another shot name that was a sitting duck, Manny was great at cherry picking big name guys and then fighting them in a situation where he had all advantages, the bigger guys had one advantage and thats taken away and turned against them by the made to order matchmaking.

Total BS fight concocted by Arum a year earlier when he promised the fight to Margarito.

7 division and 4 lineal. His accomplishments are great. I don't understand why his clown bunboys try to give him more than he truly has. A true ATG and 1st ballot HOFer. Not a real 8 division champ or 5 lineal. Fake belt over a cheating clown at a catchweight and neither him or Bradley were both consensus #1 & #2, so he was never lineal at welterweight. #FakeAccolades
