He underpays his fighters but he is the only game in town. it's his way or leave and go fight for one of the other mma places that pay much less. boxing cannot do that with the WBC,WBO, IBF and wBa and lots of different promoters willing to pay boxers more to fight for them if they are being underpaid. There is boxing guy with the complete power over everything the way White is in UFC mma.
I don't think the UFC's business model is correct for boxing, boxing has never at any time in history been run that way 'Boxing gives great opportunities for fighters as well as inspiring promotors'.

Just look at what Oscar De La Hoya has achieved post boxing career? That could never happen in the UFC, boxing is the last true working class sport and it is also a democracy.

The UFC is not really getting any bigger, and it is not going to ever shallow boxing up.

I wouldnt say one is definitively more popular than the other overall. Theyve been virtually neck and neck for like a decade now.

UFC is a growing discipline. I personally like it due to the brutal, quickness of it. Couple of minutes and it's done.. I'm not that fussed with the hype surrounding it..

It's full of failed everything else fighters earning a crust, although sometimes they are the best fights...

Been that way for a while in the U.S. I personally think the shift happened with Liddell-Rampage 2.

Sure the right boxing matches will draw more attention, but they are so few and far between. UFC gets consistent attention and keeps evolving. Gotta pay them respect.

UFC is a governing body within MMA the same as the WBC or WBA in boxing. You have other MMA organisations such as Bellator etc that may not be more popular but are still the same sport.

The correct question should be is MMA more Popular than Boxing in America ! UFC is not a sport it is an organisation MMA is the sport.

That interview aged horribly. He was dead wrong.

Boxing dominates MMA. Latest MMA game literally slapped Fury all over their promo because Fury (a boxer) is the face of combat sports around the world.

                  This.

If there is anything Boxing as a whole should take away from that fact its if boxing put on big competitive fights with the consistency of the UFC Boxing would likely he bigger overall & not just when it comes to that 1 or 2 big fights a year.

Have you seen the recent ratings of Boxing events? It's embarrassing.

While fights may have delivered, no one watched them.

When are the boxing stars actually going to fight again?
                    - No Spence, no Pacquiao, no crawford, no Loma, no Wilder/Fury etc.

Boxing Dominates MMA? In What Way? WTF are we comparing here are you talking about Fighters Pay? Because honestly that is the only thing Boxing have over MMA at the moment is yeah the Pay is much greater in boxing which is great

However when it comes to popularity in America, UFC is reaching and is popular with Demographics that Boxing is not...Unless KSI or one of the Paul Brothers are fighting that is the only way Boxing can get a younger demographic to watch

As for the New Game, yeah I seen that the new UFC Game has Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua in it...

which is great marketing for THEM especially here in America but neither are popular enough to boost Sales here in America for EA Sports UFC 4 however in the UK they will likely Boost Sales their.

That fact that EA Sports would rather make a UFC game rather than a boxing game tells you all that you need to f^cking know and lets you know which is more popular here in America at the moments

"Your Sport Is Getting Swallowed By A More Spectacular Sport"...Yes he was right and you're seeing it especially when Canelo and DAZN are bowing out to UFC Events and Delaying and waiting for them to finish and you have boxing people contacting UFC wanting to show their event in the Arena as they wait for it to be over so that the Canelo fight can start
