How many Spinks threads were there in the last 3 days?

It was said last week it was between Baldy and Spinks, and that it was looking more like Spinks because of the money Baldomir was demanding.

If this is true, they obviously got a deal done.

So much time wasted bitching by so many people around here.
he was actually considering fighting Spinks...thats why. he may have chose Baldi for money reasons...none the less it makes more sense

Personally, I would have liked the Spinks fight better. Fighting Corey would have earned him a strap at 154 and given him one fight under his belt at that weight before fighting Oscar there.

Baldomir may be considered 'the' man at 147 in many respects, but he's very limited.

A lot of people forget in all the hilarity of seeing him punk Zab Judah that even with a lackluster and underprepared Judah, Baldomir still won very narrowly on the cards.

He was also outboxed by Arturo Gatti in spots, before he managed to get to him.

        Floyd will toy with Baldomir.

I think Spinks would have put up a better fight.

Never worry about what Boxrec says.

          Their scheduling is completely unreliable.

Wow, I honestly think Spinks would of been the tougher fight.

Though, watching Floyd land over 75% of his power punches should be quite entertaining.

yeah, floyd is gonna pick him apart real nice, but i'd rather see him do it to baldomir than spinks because baldomir will be coming forward all night, IMO this is very good news, and a good choice by floyd.

this is better news.. if you look at recent events, he should be fighting Baldomir over Spinks.. if this follows through, then i'm happy to see this, he must've seen my sig

not to mention, this will be a more excited fight, match-up wise, then would be the case with Spinks

Baldy has a better chance of KOing PBF than Spinks has of KOing the GEICO lizzard.

I doubt Spinks could've ever hurt Mayweather but Baldy can get a shot in here or there that might hurt him. Easier style, tougher fight.

PBF UD 12, obviously, but is should be entertaining.
