if baldy or spinks were to beat floyd it would be baldy by tko. but that's not likely to happen at all. but it's likely for spinks to win more rounds than baldy would. what i'm saying is that i think baldy has a better chance of beating floyd but spinks would be the tougher opponent.

Baldy vs Floyd, this is more exiting than Floyd vs Stinks. Here we are expecting to see Baldy going forward and being the agressor. Baldy will be bringing the fight to Floyd. Whoever wins doesn't matter, this fight is going to be exiting. Just thinking about the fireworks and the explosions are getting me exited already.

First of all, Baldomir is a legitimate puncher. He's not a big puncher, but he's somewhat heavy handed and if he can get at you, he will wear you down and take the fight out of you. I dont care if he only has thirteen knockouts in his career, the guy can hit. Gene Fullmer only had 24 knockouts in a career that spanned 64 fights and he was a tremendous puncher. You can't just look at the numbers.

As for Cotto, I am not that impressed with him and consider him a B+ talent with good skills, solid power, but a chin that will eventually be his downfall. Ricardo Torres had him in serious trouble in their fight and if he was a better finisher he would have likely knocked the Cotto bandwagon off the road. I really believe Baldomir would outwork Cotto, wear him down, and stop him late.

Whether you want to recognize it or not, Baldomir is one of the four best welterweights in the world, and the current undisputed champion. He will give Mayweather a good fight and, due to his strength advantage and style, might even beat him.

Baldo has no chance against PBF or Cotto. If you're judging Baldo on his wins over Zab and Gatti, you need to consider these two fighters are just a shadow of who they were. Baldo is a tought 35 or so yr old man, but that's what he is an old man. A live young fighter like Cotto, Quintana or Williams can take him out with good body work. There's no way in hell Baldo can out box PBF, PBF is gonna make him look like an amateur and end his career. As far as Cotto's chin, you might be right, but for now we need to give him the benefit of the doubt until we see him fight without killing himself the day before to make weight.
