plenty of underserving chumps who were never close to greatness are, somehow, in the Hall of Fame
Broner will join their ranks, probably

Boner is not looking very good now as he has turned into a runner and clincher who throws very few punches. He seems gun shy.In his prime he won titles at 130. 135, 140 and 147 so he probably gets into the hall of fame.

People don’t accept Broner as a HOFee because he isn’t
His 1 notable achievement 4 Div champ has more to do with him having hype and able to bring viewers in and being with a advisor with enough pull that could make it happen with proper matchmaking then AB having HOF Talent
AB has no notable wins , Has only beat 3 future /current / past Champions and Has a losing record against future / present / former champions
That Resume Doesn’t get you into the HOF

I believe Adrian Broner will be first ballot HOF but much like his career, his HOF ticket will come at a cherrypicked time.

Winning 4 titles is impressive on paper but I think you need better than "on-paper" achievements, and at the end of the day the guys he beat to win those 4 titles weren't all that notable. To be considered great in my book you need to fight top level fighters and either win or at least perform impressively, or just generally be in great fights. Broner just doesn't have that - he doesn't hold a solid win over another famous name, and this point the fights where he suffered embarrassing defeats, like the ones against Maidana, Pacquiao and Mikey Garcia, are the fights that he's most well known for. About as good as it gets before the Maidana fight was his knockout of Antonio Demarco, but at this point that's very much a "who cares" kind of victory. There's no denying that he's a famous name in the sport, but to get into the hall of fame surely it's implied that that fame is for good reasons, and not just because he's an obnoxious and controversial POS like he is. If that were the only criteria, then you could just as easily argue that Connor McGregor could be in the boxing HOF. Contrast that with someone like Arturo Gatti, who you can also argue wasn't that good and made the HOF, but he was in so many great fights even if they were at a lower level and he was so well-loved by the fans. It's just not the same.

Not only is he a 4 division champion but he is the youngest in history to achieve it. He will be in the Hall Of Fame one day because of his world titles at four weight classes. Love it or hate it.
U been sleeping on Boner?
