I've seem plenty of rounds where a fighter has been wobbled in the first minute and dominated the remainder and wins the round. The same for being wobbled at the end of the of the round. Getting wobbled in a round he dominated expect for a few seconds isn't going to lose him the round unless he is out on his feet. Even then it's a tough call either way Are you sure you mean wobbled or out on his feet. Anyway at no point do I consider Golovkin wobbled by Canelo. Generally, wobbled means a fighter's knees buckled or he is visably hurt. Out or his feet means he can't defend himself and is on the verge of being stopped.

Do commentators tally 1:1? No. Commentators just comment on the fight right or wrong. Their job isnt to score the fight or decide who wins. They are there for commentary. Duh.
