There should have been a question mark in there. I dont think Fury is as skillful as Ali but he is a huge man that is skillful. Ali would have his hands full is all Im saying in his prime which wasnt in the seventies. Do you think the Ali that fought Norton,Young and Frazier would beat Fury? I dont think so, he was a very good fighter still in the 70s but these guys are different equation now simply because of their mass and if they have real boxing skill thats a problem for any of the greats in the past. Wlad would have given Ali problems with his negative tactics and his strength. Its not disrespectful to say Ali could lose to some of the best guys that have come along since he retired. He wasnt undefeated after all.

OK so let's say it's the Ali that fought foreman ...and fury manages to pin Ali on the ropes ...Ali can take foreman punches repeatedly to the body and head and sneak his own counters through...you seriously think furys sloppy inside work would work on that version of Ali without getting some serious UNSEEN counter punches

Ite the ones you dont see coming and inbetween furys attacks Ali would be landing them on all the right buttons..it would be suicide for fury to try and bully Ali on the ropes

(That's the difference between Ali & Fury,Ali was fighting real killers,Wilder has the skills of an amateur in many ways,he only has power & speed but horrible technique which is why he injures himself anytime he has any real success vs elites. )

That gif seriously should prove to anyone how much Wilder folds once he tires(ftr I predicted the fight to go exactly as it did aside from Fury getting kd twice of course,(but that was all Wilder did basically the entire fight) I knew Wilder would get tired after blowing his wad early going for broke(his only hope & he knew it at least this time)

I have been saying Fury is the best of this era all along,but Fury would be like another Foreman v Ali imo(his size imo doesn't match up to prime Foremans overall)

If we trust the stats on each guy Fury is 6 inches taller and would probably be 40+ pounds heavier. Thats a massive difference and you are right height doesnt make up for skills but we arent talking about a lumbering uncoordinated 6'9 guy. Fury is very skillful, as skillful as Ali. Nah, not the young version of him but I didnt say Fury would definitely beat that version. The Ali from the seventies relied on his ability absord punishment too much and wear guys down. Fury has proven he can sling leather the entire fight.

Fury is the greatest heavyweight of all time. He’s way to big for Ali. He’s too fast/skilled for everyone else. Lennox Lewis would have the best chance of beating Fury. No one else comes close.

Let me ask you something. Is it possible that anyone since lets say 1978 could beat Ali? Ill discount the fights against Holmes and Berbick, he was obviously a shell of a shell by that time. How about a prime Rid**** Bowe, Lennox Lewis, Evander Holyfield, Mike Tyson, Vitali Klitchko, Wlad Klitchko, Tyson Fury. If you tell me he can beat all of those guys mentioned then you are telling me that Leon Spinks, Ken Norton and Joe Frazier are head shoulders above anyone who has been a HW champion in the last 40 odd years and we know thats ridiculous. Logic would suggest that if he could lose to those guys that atleast one of the seven I named could pull off a win.

I wont get into the controversial decisions he was given, all big name fighters get them. He had some great moments but he can be beat and he would collect some losses from just the seven I named. He would beat most that list imo,& the guys he might lose to which might be Lennox,& maybe even a Klitschko,he would likely also beat them if theres more than 1 fight v each.(might lose because you never know if he beats them all considering,Lennox lost to Mccall & was outboxed by Mercer too, Vitali got beat tfu by a Byrd & never even tried to avenge the destructive loss his lil bro had to avenge,Wlad lost to Ross Puritty who Vitali had to avenge)

Its hard to definitively pick any of those to say for sure any single 1 beats Ali
