Oscar's last fight @ 147, prior to Pacquiao in 2008, was against Shane Mosely in 2000! That's far worst than Kell Brook, who has not fought @ 147 since fighting Spence in 2017!

I hope it's Manny Pacquiao. That way a Spence vs Crawford undisputed bout could happen as early as next year. Both Crawford and Spence would each own at least one half of the Welterweight titles in the 147 lbs division. Spence would own the IBF and WBC while Crawford would own the WBO and WBA.
