Didn't he turn down eliminators? How are you gonna sue when turning down fights? Also, he tested positive for PEDs, and we still haven't heard about that B-sample

          I don’t think we’ll ever hear about that B-sample
Seems like it’s been swept away

He's got it in writing that he will get his shot by February 2021.

Before that he agreed a final eliminator with Ortiz and Breazeale but both got out of it and got the title shots instead.

The WBC then suspended him despite passing all VADA tests and proving innocent.

WBC then ordered Fury v Whyte for the diamond belt, but instead appear to have sanctioned Fury for 3 fights for the WBC title against Wilder instead without having to fight Whyte.

Now they are talking about a Fury/AJ two fight deal.

Whyte has been #1 contender for 1000+ days. The WBC deserve to get sued for passing over him.

The only point Whyte has is that he's got in writing that he'll get his shot by Feb. 2021. To that, WBC can claim Force Majeure and that everything got delayed 9-12 months. Since both Fury and Wilder won't be fighting till December, they can claim inactivity for 11 months.

Whyte's 1,000 or 10,000 days at Number 1 means nothing when he did not fight for the final eliminator. The Rivas fight was also not sanctioned by WBC prior to an agreement but agreed upon afterward as a favor to Whyte.

WBC will also claim that Whyte never informed them about UKAD issue which they learned from 3rd party.

The most interesting point...where exactly is Whyte going to sue WBC and Mauricio? In Mexico? Good luck.

Canelo was only suspended for 6 months for clenbuterol and wbc didnt strip him. WBC shafted Whyte and he was cleared of any wrongdoing. Like it or not, he was cleared...and yet they moved his mandatory deadline.

IBF stripped Fury because he had to fight a contracted rematch with Klit. They didn't care, rules are rules. He was rightly stripped.
IBF stripped Canelo because he wasn't fighting Derv.

What if Joshua says 'nah, pulev can wait, global pandemic' what do you think bob arum would do? He would sue.

Whyte has pushed for his mandatory fight if Wilder isn't fit. Bob has responded with 'FRANCHISE BELT'

What else is whyte supposed to do? seriously.

His boxing licence was never suspended during his time as WBC No1 contender, not for one day.

Why would you expect to hear anything about a B sample when UKAD withdrew their charge against him?
