With Barry and Eddie Hearn at the helm we will never find out.Tyson is not the puncher he makes out, just a very precise boxer who was able to back up Wilder who like Joshua doesn't fight well backing up.Therefore he looked a better puncher than he is , he isn't concussive. The Hearns know this .They also know Wilder is not a great boxer but would probably find a way through with that big right hand against their static fighter.

Just feel Fury has too many tools in his arsenal for joshua right now, joshua is a few years off his peak and not ready for a prime fury as of yet

I agree with Fury. I don't think Joshua's chin would hold up against Wilder.
Styles make fights.
Fury's style is a nightmare matchup for Wilder, but Joshua's robotic approach would get him slept.

It's not like Fury is saying something that is revelatory.
There are plenty of folks in boxing who say the same thing, that Wilder remains a dangerous fighter and should rightfully be considered better than everyone not named Tyson Fury. And, should Wilder win the third fight, Deontay may reclaim "baddest man on the planet" status.
Now, detractors will argue that Fury exposed Wilder. There may be other heavyweights that can employ Tyson's blueprint and similarly destroy Wilder, they say. I'd file those claims under "possible but not probable".
Tyson Fury is a quite unique fighter. It may be that he is tailored made to beat someone like Wilder and yet it still took him 2 different trainers in two different fights to figure it out...and it still may not be enough for a victory next time.
AJ is not Tyson Fury. The only thing he possibly does better than Fury is punch...maybe. The things Fury has that gave Wilder problems- height, reach, and superior footwork- are advantages that AJ doesn't own over Wilder.
Tyson Fury says many things and a lot of it is crazy or nonsense. But, when he talks boxing, he's usually right or at least has a well reasoned take even if one disagrees. This is that. Because, in truth, I don't see any heavyweight other than Tyson with the combination of physical gifts, technical boxing ability, and ring IQ needed to beat Deontay...and again, even all those are no guarantee for Fury.
So yeah, Fury nailed this one and I think he is expressing the truth, not any headgame. And really, if it is a headgame it's a waste of time. Wilder knows he got KTFO. And he isn't likely to forget that he needs to come correct in the trilogy just because Fury paid him a compliment.

Wilders another overrated American hype job his record confirms it. Chisora looked better against a younger fully fit Fury who Wilder ran screaming from when the press conference was called for that fight.

AJ is overrated.

Wilders chin wont hold up in an A.J fought it ends early ,hence why his team ran far from it. Fury himself admitted he took the Wilder fight because it was the easier one and said it would be the easiest fight he ever had ,he knows better with A.J and only really hard core Fury fans will push Wilder over A.J now but the smarter fans know Fury is in for a real fight in that one. If the Fury family is as smart as they claim or think they cant possibly think Wilder is the second best but then ive seen them claiming Martin was an A.J killer so you have to use common sense with these guys and use your own thinking. .

Opinions about who would beat who are irrelevant. I think Joshua will sent Ostrich legs into retirement and would have knocked him out back then also before Fury did it. Ostrich legs was afraid to come to the UK and then got sparked in his own country. With basically his own handpicked referee.

If Wilder was as confident as Fury he would have taken the 120 million, instead he turned it down for peanuts...twice.
