Mayweather dominated the fight and schooled him. Pac only had like 2 good rounds, 3 if i am being generous. The fight wasn't even close. Mayweather was tagging and countering him all night. Pac had no control over the fight in any way. He was playing into mayweather's hands.
Is it possible that Pacquiao actually beat Mayweather?

Is this a joke? Everyone knew this fight was a bust while it was still happening. There is nothing to take away from the fight so no, it won’t age like a fine wine. It’s the perfect example of when super fights disappoint on a mass scale and it will remain that way for at least 20 more years when people finally forget about it entirely.Fight will age like wine. The whole "it was boring" BS agenda didn't come around until about two weeks after. It was all praise and excitement beforehand. The boring sticker was applied by Floyd haters who always try to find a way to discredit him. Now that ESPN+ has released the fight on their app & Mayweather Promo has released the fight on their channel- it'll be better appreciated and grow for future generations of Boxing fans. Seeing Manny shutdown and neutralized in a way we've never seen since he started the highlight run of his career was crazy exciting!Comment

It failed because they believed Manny could do something that nobody else could do, he failed and was shut down like every other guy that tried to box with Mayweather, it just amazes me that Floyd said he would win an easy fight and thats what happened. Is this a joke? Floyd was Floyd and it was Manny that failed to make a fight of it because he couldnt do anything Mayweather was just too slick, yet they want to hate on Floyd because Manny couldnt hit him lol.Comment

Didn't read pass the first question. It was so silly I knew the rest of the post would be whimsically deluded lmaoIs this a joke? Everyone knew this fight was a bust while it was still happening. I wasn’t laying the blame on anyone. If I were, I’d probably lay it on Pacquiao for not engaging as he usually does.It failed because they believed Manny could do something that nobody else could do, he failed and was shut down like every other guy that tried to box with Mayweather, it just amazes me that Floyd said he would win an easy fight and thats what happened.

What I was addressing was the guy who said this fight will be remembered as some sort of classic, which he claims is what some viewed it as until a few weeks after the fight. All lies. You were there. You know the truth. Fight was a massive dud. Pac fans blamed Floyd while Floyd fans blamed Pac. Whatever the case, the fight was boring and won’t be viewed as a classic by anyone. Agreed?Comment

More delusional nonsense
All the people in your head do NOT count! Mayweather factually dominated Manny and WON. That is TRUE history not the revised fanboy version of your pac worshipping mind.

I didn’t say Pac won and I’m not a Pac fan. Read what people say before you comment so you don’t come off as dumb in the future.
The issue here is that you’re saying no one was saying that fight was boring when in fact everyone was saying it. Fans on both sides.Comment

Woah I didn't that delusional nonsense either! Like I said it's a FACT Floyd dominated Manny and won. Fact. That anger got you in this predicament. Let it go.Comment

Yes, Floyd don't need to prove anything to his fans, no fighting abroad, no rematches take money and run. Let's face it, even though Pac won according to most, it was an off night with bad shoulder. Your more likely to have an off night fighting in people's backyards also with pressure of being robbed.
No wonder Floyd hasn't got respect of boxing fans and is lower tier ATG. Says he will ko pac and it's him closer to being koed. Floyd could have tried koing Pac in rematch. 2nd fight doesn't go same way. It's what you learn and work on in 8 week training camp for rematch that's what interests people. What fighter took most and learnt more from first fight.
Floyd s an enigma, we know nothing from this mysterious manLast edited by hugh grant; 05-29-2020, 03:05 AM.Comment
