I think so too. Easy fightFury lost 1 round to Wlad
Fury lost 2 rounds to Chisora, stopped him in rematch
Fury Lost 3 rounds to Wilder, stopped him in rematch
Fury underdog going into all them fights excluding rematches. He is a beast.
Fought in 6 different countries
Won all his belts on away soil & has held every major belt.
AJ will be a walk in the park if Eddie ever signs that fight.Comment

I'll rey to stick to the populars rather than my opinion or the opinions of smaller groups. For example, all historians rank Sullivan, almost no modern fans do, so I'm cutting Sully.
In chronological order, not rank:
Fitz
Jeffries
Johnson
Dempsey
Louis
Marciano
Ali
Frazier
Foreman
Holmes
Tyson
Holyfield
Lewis
Not saying Godfrey, or Norton, Bowe, etc are not ATGs. I'm just saying I see their names less. Jeffries, Fitzs, Johnson, Dempsey, and Marciano are kinda on the border. You'll see Marciano and such more often listed as an ATG than Godfrey or Sullivan or some such but not nearly as often as Lewis or Louis.
The real-real popular, always there ATGs, I reckon anyway. cut Marciano and Holmes out, start with Louis, and work your way to Lewis.
Louis
Ali
Frazier
Foreman
Tyson
Holy
Lewis
pretty much always listed.
Wlad, ****, I forgot about Wlad.

Tyson Fury announced he was retired multiple times during the three years he was gone from the ring.
He wasn’t the lineal champion during that time.
He beat Klitschko to become lineal. He left boxing for three years and there wasn’t a heavyweight champion until his fight with Deontay Wilder. That determined the heavyweight championship because it was a clear 1 vs. 2 matchup.
The Ring Magazine Championship is supposed to be synonymous with the lineal championship. I can’t say that’s necessarily the case now that a boxing promoter owns it, so I go by TBRB.com. They didn’t recognize Fury as lineal champion again until he beat Wilder.
I don’t agree with you at all. Winning the lineal heavyweight twice? WTF? I far as I know just like Canelo (who Fury himself has mentioned as an example of lineal champs) Fury was also stripped of the ring magazine title not the lineal title. You can’t be stripped of lineal status, you have to lose it in the ring.Comment
