Would AJ become an ATG if he beats Fury?

I've been seeing people calling Fury one of the best HWs ever right now. So if AJ beats him, would he become an ATG?

And let's say Dillian Whyte end up becoming a champion and Ruiz becomes a champion again. That should elevate him to top 5 all time, no?

I'm just going by the frenzy surrounding Fury now and make sure you keep the same energy.

I think they should have a trilogy and they both deserve to be ATG.

If Joshua beats undefeated fighter, who beat Klitschko and Wilder, he is ATG; no doubt.

      You're very consistent. I admire/like that.

A trilogy is a no-brainer for the duo since they're going to make truckload of money fighting each other. One in the Middle East, one in the US and one in the UK. If I were the both - I would milk everything and retire after that. And perhaps come back after a year for two quick fillers and ride off to sunset.

The same over the hill Kiltschko and Wilder who hasn't been shown to be anywhere near the elite level when he doesn't get his magical ko? For all we know Dilian Whyte could have racked up those same two wins easily. I'd say Fury would need to beat at least two or three actual elite fighters in their prime, he hasn't beaten one, for ATG status or consistently beat somewhat decent string of opponents like Mayweather has.

Do ATG's get dominated and stopped by average boxers like Andy Ruiz?

A win against Fury would make him the clear #1 in the division and give him a legit shout as being the best of this era.

I remember a guy called Mike Tyson getting beaten and sparked out by a 50-1 underdog. I remember a guy called Lennox Lewis getting knocked out twice by average boxers. And I remember a guy called Holyfield losing to a boxer that got knocked out by a 45 y/o man. LMAOO. But they're all ATGs.

The best of this era when it's said and done is automatically an ATG.

An ATG? not really sure about that, Joshua still has many more years ahead of him to reach that status though, another 6/7 years of good years ahead of him. Fury will go down as the best of this era if he beats Joshua as he will have beaten every champion and 2 of the current top 3...... I would still like him to fight Joshua twice to silidify it, and take out Whyte.

I agree with this. As far as AJ. I would lean towards yes, he has good resume to add to the Fury win. Although i would prefer two great wins instead of one. ( Wilder/Fury)

LMAO. Fury who has beaten no one but bums apart from Wlad and Wilder automatically become an ATG if he beats Josh. Both Josh who has beaten Wlad and names better than all the names on Fury's resume needs 6/7 years to get to that level after beating Fury. LMAOO.

You're a Scot from Aberdeen, so I'm not shocked about your logic tbh. LMAOO.

Wilder is done out. He's a protected bum and the likes of Ruiz and Whyte sparks him out.

Wilder is inconsequential in the scheme of things.
