If youre not random tested it is easy to not be positive lol, I would think you would understand a no test result, but apparently not.

The problem arises when fighters hire USADA and can basically be given get out of jail cards whenever they want, floyds IV is the perfect example, along with that 2 testosterone levels that should have raised red flags, yet all issues were buried by USADA
