IDK about 2005, but in July 2016, Bud was saying Pacquiao had to come to 140! It seemed like that was OK b/c Roach had been saying that Pacquiao could make 140. However it was probably not a good look for Bud to be making demands at the time. He should've said 140 or 147, whichever was comfortable for Pacquiao! Hindsight is 20/20!Comment

Family owns a few franchise businesses.
You sound like a r3t@rd.
Go read a book and listen to some Tony Robbins. It’s probably your only chance.
Oh, and Crawford is an ignorant mfer.Comment

'' Hard to say. '' In the first page of this thread you said Manny Pacquaio was 'Ancient' and that Shawn Porter is in his prime. As such, you concluded that a win over Porter is better for Terence Crawford. Yet, you can not determine who wins between a 'Ancient' geezer and a 'Prime' former world champion ranked in the top five at welterweight.
I think you tried to bury Manny Pacquaio but threw Shawn Porter in the grave instead.
When boxing actually starts again, no way Bud vs Manny or Porter, happens behind closed doors so how old would Manny be by the time he would actually fight Bud with an audience? Damn near 43! Ever think about that genius?
I'm a fan of all three. I only give unbias opinions without a double standard, unlike people like yourself.Comment

You people are brainwashed by the Mayweather era of if you lose a fight, you're a bum. I would be sooner to criticize a fighter with an undefeated record who hasn't fought great competition than an old school fighter like Porter who never backs down from a challenge.
That's what competition at the highest level is supposed to be about. Not figuring out how you can keep your ranking by fighting lesser opponents.
I started watching boxing long before the Mayweather era so I had the privilege of seeing competitive fights where a loss wasn't the end of the world.Comment

You will bet everything you have? Like what? Points on boxingscene? GTFOH, you're not betting shi_t. How old do you think Manny will be if he ever fights Porter? Surely that fight isn't happening behind closed doors and even if it does, which is highly unlikely, it's not happening as soon as boxing comes back. Manny is already 41. Are you saying you favor a 42-43 year old Manny against Porter? That's your call. I'm a huge Pacquiao fan and he would've mopped the floor with all these WW from the age of 37 and below but he's not a young man anymore. Personally I would love to see it, I just don't see it happening.Comment

I never "buried" or threw anyone in any grave. That's my honest opinion. When it comes down to it I think Porter vs Manny would be a closer fight than Bud vs Manny because of their styles but Bud is still proving more beating a prime Porter than he would be beating an ancient Manny.
