  • Comments Thread For: Crawford: I've Been Trying To Fight Pacquiao Since 2015

Chances are, the names on Terence Crawford's wish list are identical to every other welterweight in the world. Unlike most other welterweights, he's in prime position to force public demand for such fights. "[Manny] Pacquiao, then [Errol] Spence," Crawford (36-0, 27KOs) told ESPN's Cameron Wolfe of the two fights he'd like to see happen in the near future and in that order. "I say Pacquiao because he don't have that much longer in the sport. I would want that name on my resume.

It's almost always been about the money for Pacquiao but it's even moreso about the money, now. If Bud really wants that name on his resume, he's going to have to concede the honey badgers share to Pac. If he beats him, no doubt the win will be bigger than anything Spence has.

the guy had pac under the TR banner and you had arum screaming concern for pacs health and all that.....**** arum man....now pac goes and beats thurman and suddenly beating pac now would have some respect on it....so now you want it....man id rather pac go over and fight mikey on DAZN than let crawford have this "scalp" they didnt really want when they could have made it....

Nothing against Bud, I'm a big fan of him as a boxer but why is he still talking about fighting Manny? It would be the best name on his resume but what does he really have to gain from beating an ancient Pacquiao? It proves nothing. Fight Porter, then Spence. That would speak much louder than beating an aging icon.

Really? Not so much. Maybe if he fought Manny 3 or 4 years ago but is beating an old Manny really better than beating a prime Porter? I don't think so and I'm a big Crawford fan.

This guy would rather have Shawn Porter's name on his resume over Manny Pacquiao

Are you ****** or do you not understand that Manny is near the end of his career and NOWHERE near his prime? Porter is still in his prime. You cannot convince me that beating an ancient Manny is better than beating a top 5 WW in his prime. You have made so many ****** comments on here that nobody takes anything you say seriously. That's evident by the numerous responses calling out your insistent stream of BS. Go back to jerking off to your cardboard cutout of the Alabama Slamma'.
