Just cause you dislike Mayweather doesn’t change that. It was a great win.

I think Floyd’s a c*** as well but I can’t take anything away from him as a fighter. He’s an ATG undoubtedly.

But Canelo is really looking to build a legacy, he's just entering his prime and is active and will almost impossible to beat over the next 4 years. I believe if he cleans out all the big name fighters from 160 to 175 in the next 4 years he's an all time top 10 fighter.
I believe Canelo improved a lot because of the loss. His flaws were exposed and he worked to correct them. He’s clearly the #1 fighter in the sport now IMO. I do think he should have lost to GGG at least once and arguably twice but no other fighter is performing at the consistent high level that Canelo has been performing at over the last few years.

        y.
But Floyd drained him so anyone might be able to beat nel o that night.
It was a great performance but not a great win. It might be Floyd's best win but that's only because Floyd's resume is a resume lacking truly great wins. If Floyd beat nel o now coming out of retirement then it would most certainly be one of the greatest wins of all times and nations.

If trout had of beat a green drained nel o it wouldn't make it a great win. It most likely would be his best win, but being trout best win don't make it a great win.
Moral of story is your best win isn't necessarily a great win. Torecampo beating Pac might be Torecampo best win. But not a great win.. Not talked about as one of best wins of all time.

How did he drain him? Canelo fought at 154 3 years later.

That’s like saying Pacquiao drained Cotto.

Why isn’t it reasonable? You could objectively say Floyd should have fought more fighters in their primes. You could make the exact same claim in regard to Leonard not fighting Hagler until 87. Floyd isn’t some untouchable being who’s exempt from criticism.

Floyd fans are so defensive man. They’re the most defensive bunch on here aside from maybe the AJ fans.
I never posted or suggested he was untouchable or exempt from criticism so I am not sure why you are interpreting what I posted this way.

I made it clear why it isn't reasonable-it's the 100th or so version of the thread and his resume is inarguably 1st ballot HOF. I notice you haven't addressed this point but instead you make a general statement about Floyd fans. Why can't we raise our points in response to what is said?

If this were the 1st time for this thread you'd have a valid argument about "objectivity". It's the 100th or so version of this thread. So it's pretty clear the horse is dead. There isn't a point that hasn't been made , debated or discussed

Frankly, aren't you bored of the same discussion? If not, please let me know why continually discussing Floyd's resume, the most discussed resume on this site, is so interesting?

YAWN! What excuses? As I've repeatedly posted Floyd's resume is inarguably 1st ballot HOF worthy. It made him the consensus best of his era. Nothing you or anyone else posts that doesn't like him can change that.

Guys like you use these threads to vent jealousy and anger. That is really pathetic. Floyd beat Manny. Just accept it and move on. Using these threads in a desperate attempt to rewrite history or lessen the win makes you a truly f@gg0ty, insecure, bitch made Stan.

You can't pretend these things didn't happen, no matter how much you despise Floyd for belittling and then defeating your hero and idol.

Floyd and Khn simply didn't fight, just like Manny and Zahir Raheem or Manny and Zab Judah. Unless you're willing to say every fight that didn't happen is a duck by the "bigger name" then please stop the silliness where you call it ducking everytime we come across a guy Floyd didn't fight.

That last line I'm sure you meant for djtmal because you and he engage in circle sucking each other off regularly. I believe you guys call yourselves the 69 boys or Team 69 or whatever it is. I don't wish to be part of what you and he do.
but you already doing the 69 with your papa floyd. i'm not sure if that helps floyd flush his IV's through your sucking.

Aren’t you bored of constantly being so defensive about Floyd?

Every time Floyd is brought up, I see you in page 7, 8, 9 etc of the thread going back and forth with guys.

All I said was the OP made a fair point. It was objective, yet loads of Floyd fans got all defensive as per usual.

There is valid criticism for Floyd but most people do not bring up the correct reasons. He fought the best opposition when they were down to fight him. Just because Shane, ODL, Manny didn't wanna fight him sooner. There are only a handful of people who have a resume comparable to Floyd.
