Well, the only fight anybody was ever pressuring Mayweather to do was either DLH or Margarito, if I'm correct (which I'am), thats where all the talk of Mayweather being a fraud started. Not during talks with Cotto, or Hatton, but after Margarito offering 8 million that he doesnt deserve being in contact of, and of course when DLH opted to fight in 2007. Than everyone was dissapointed, but Spinks is a good fight, but just doesnt replace a Hatton match-up.

I had Spinks winning both fights, but not by much, and he wouldn't have beat Mayorga without two point deductions and getting away with those "slips" in the 12th round, two of which could have been called knockdowns. If Whitaker's "knockdown" of De La Hoya can be called one, then two of those "slips" in round 12 should have been knockdowns against Spinks. Notice how Mayorga celebrates. Who celebrates when their opponent slips? Spinks got away with murder that fight, and I didn't even realize it until a second viewing. People act like Spinks outboxed him, but I didn't see it. Spinks definitely deserved the win against Karmazin though.

They werent knock downs. Mayorga was just so rough & crazy. I bet you dont think none of Forrest falls in there 2nd fights were knock downs & all them were worst then Spinks. Anyone could see that Mayorga was just coming in wild and basically just hitting them with his chest and running through them. Thats why those guys fell. He barley even hit Spinks clean. Karmazin was hitting & hurting Spinks. Mayorga's **** was just wrestling & bodying up ****. They werent from his punches.

I still disagree with you about the points. Most people think Spinks outclassed him in those fights & those 2 points still wouldnt have made it close to me. Mayorga was lucky if he won 4 rounds

When has Floyd publicly called out Hatton?? he has not! he fights the weakest title holders in each division since moving to 140, period. Just a few weeks ago Hatton's promoter again said that Floyd asked for a fight but Hatton turned it down. In every Hatton interview he always says either "2 more fights" or he says "early next year".

Mayweather skipped 140, now skipping 147, moving to 154. Since he skipped two weights whats stopping him from skipping 154, he already did it twice. (if he moves up)

Floyd was talking about about educating The Ring magazine (who had Hatton as the #1 Jr. Welter) by "whooping" Hatton after he "embarrasses" Gatti.
