I've watched him plenty. He has possibly the best jab ever, maybe even better than Holmes'. His straight punching in general was exceptional. He defended well, he had a great chin. Really a great boxer overall. He wasn't that fast but his timing was impeccable.

Man I remember watching him, and specifically being very unimpressed with his jab...it was amateurish, as was maybe to be expected at that time, as even pro fighters then were not really the same type of 'pro' as we see today.

Comparing his jab to GGG's, Holmes, or Lennox Lewis's, to name 3 that come to mind...I mean it's not in the same league.

As I've said, you clearly haven't heard of the man or his achievements. Ali is incredibly overrated based on the what ifs of his career, as is Holmes who ruled a weak era. Monzon ruled a very strong era of the middleweight division, people forget that the 70s era was as good as the 80s. You clearly don't know your **** man. You should stop yourself.
