As boxing fans, who the **** wants to waste 30 minutes listening to three different national anthems before the main event? It's bad enough the fights don't even start until around Midnight now. Just get to the damn fight.

if I remember right it was because instead of playing the anthems while the fighter were still in the dressing rooms (like they do 99% of the time), in this case they did the ring walks first and then spent 20 minutes screwing around with anthems while the fighters were standing in the ring.

Im pretty sure it was a GGG fight that it happened on......

This is the correct answer. Fighters work up a sweat and are ready, when they walk out, to immediately fight. If theres 3 national anthems, the fighters, who are warm and ready, cool down.
