The bicep wouldn’t have made a difference in the last fight in my opinion but when watching it at a pub I did say to the guys sitting next to me that Wilder looked like he hurt his arm as he did look at it a couple times & showed a facial expression that suggested discomfort. I’d have to watch it again in what round but it may have been after a clinch...
