Tomorrow Haymon told Wilder to use another excuse. Double ankle and knee surgeries caused by wearing the now 400 pound costume on the way to the ring.
Wilder fans will believe it 100 percent. Wilder fans have brains the size of a raisin.

I'm not sure this occurred when I'm hitting the bag or from bicep workouts with lifting weights... Eitherway it sucks. It's literally been rendered useless.
As far as Wilder's concern, it shouldn't be an excuse. His left is useless. The fear and powa is all about that right hand.
I did the exact same thing many years ago now. I over did the weights one time, then without thinking I just carried on with my schedule with no adjustments.
The next time I hit the bag I felt it go.
Don't push it too early, you are better off leaving it a little longer than you think to recover, otherwise you may just end up adding weeks to your recovery (again from experience).
If you have to train, strap it up really well and practice fighting with just your right hand.
Try jabbing in southpaw and improve what you see paying close attention when you throw your right hand punches with the left in a sling you can gain some invaluable experience and turn it positive.
Sorry, I'm tired and ****ing on about crap without being asked in the first place. I'll shut up now. :,-)
