They IGNORE Combos, Body punching, DEFENSE, Power Punches, Connect rate, counter punching... which clearly Canelo won everyone of these categories.
Have you ever seen a supposed ATG miss 1200+++ in 2 fights??? That ain’t skill that’s thinking your a baller and get nicknamed brick city if you was on the basketball court.
NBA do you want a guys who jacks up 1200 3’s but only makes 220 of them???
Or you want a guy who jacks up 600 but makes 280??? I want the sharpshooter who also mixes it up.

You want a guy who lands a TERRIBLE 22% or one who is efficient and lands close to 50%???
Canelo made GGG say No Mas to that MexiCAN style.

Originally posted by Uncle Al..varez View Poststopped reading here. what does your first comment even detail in regards to my posts/conversation? all elite level fighters can adapt. as proven, just another tangent to compare GGG to Ali, Robinson, Leonard, Floyd when the conversation was about compubox and innacuracy. Give me a fight where Floyd, Leonard, Robinson, Ali simply just threw jabs against their hardest challenges and then missing with the worst compubox performance?
As you can see, that's why I stopped reading cause you guys just, again, fabricate any type of debateFloyd's toughest or closest fight is widely considered to have been Castillo right? The story of both fights, especially the first was Floyd's jab, man, though granted Floyd was more efficient with it than Trip. That said I never saw any scoring criteria that said throwing more to land more should be penalised.
At the top level every fighter will try to use whatever tools they got to get an edge, given the quality of Canelo's countering GGG was left largely dependent on the jab or risk getting his ass countered off. Simple fact is neither fighter was really able to do what they wanted in the second fight, Canelo's efforts to impose his will in becoming an offensive counter-puncher (GGGs typical role) were foiled by Golovkin's refusal to give up the center or be pressured into the mistake but equally Golovkin was denied his usual stalking role and unable to mount any consistent offense or really do much beyond the jab (although that was far from all he did - there was some lovely uppercuts and hooks from both guys).
Both guys were extremely respectful of the others abilities and the way the fight went showed it... what you often get with two top level operators in the ring.Last edited by Citizen Koba; 04-15-2020, 06:07 AM.

Floyd's performance with variance in punches along with compubox for Castillo 1 IS NOT EVEN COMPARABLE TO GGG VS CANELO 1 bruh. stop...
