toney might well have had a fair chance IF he'd gone to cruiser when young but when old and semi shot at CW, no chance vs Usyk (though he would take him far for sure).
He wouldnt have started at cruiser though, so none question.

Usyk is number 1. It is not who he beat it is how he beat all fighters. Most of the time he would fight in his opponents countries this is impressive this guy is not scared of anyone. In his most recent interview he said he is willing to fight Joshua and Fury after he beats Chisora. Looking forward to it. I could easily see him beating Joshua. Don't know about Fury though..
