Who would you consider to be great white fighters? And where would you rank some of them all-time?

Nahhhh it’ll be a lot closer than that. You saying “box circles” like loma is also a slow poke boxer.. pound for pound loma might even win. At 135 that is loma’s limit, he’s small and not at his best there so im leaning towards whitaker.

I actually think Lomachenko would be a real hard test for Whitaker, a huge part of what made Whitaker great was his reaction speed and his ability to read the opponent, and a large part of what makes Lomachenko great is his ability to scramble the opponent's radar and disguise his attacks. That's why Loma vs Rigondeaux ended up being so one-sided despite Rigo being a master boxer in a similar sort of vein to Whitaker. However, Pea was also a wicked inside fighter, a superb body puncher and had plenty of dog in him, so I think after a few early rounds to Lomachenko Whitaker would change tactics and make it much rougher and action-packed fight than most people would probably imagine in this matchup, and ultimately take a close but clear decision win. Really interesting matchup to think about.

I most certainly will because the rep here is actually reversed. All of the posters who push back against the passive aggressive racism are red outside a few exceptions. Green means you’re either on that BS or you go along with it.

Why? That’s irrelevant to the thread.

Bro all of your posts that you make on here are consumed by race lol. You just seem to rate fighters based on color and it's rather sad. Some friendly advice - it seems like it is eating you up a bit and it must be a tough way to live.

Was offering that question as a way to have some discourse and perhaps show you that there are a lot of great fighters from all backgrounds and colors.

Sometimes the white guy is a good fighter too man, and sometimes he wins lol...to put your self-worth on the line in every white/black/mexican debate just must be an exhausting way to live, on here and in general.

All-time Pernell is above Loma, right now...but Loma is doing some great stuff so far as well...as an aside, who is Pernell's official best win? You were getting on Loma for who he has beat, but who did Pernell really beat name-wise?

Most even ATGs make their names by having a lot of dominant wins vs good pros, and then they are about even in fights vs other greats in their relative primes, and they usually only have about 2 of those fights anyway.

Pea all day everyday . At 135 loma is kind of maxed out weight wise and Whitakerwasabig lightweight and an atg. While both defensive geniuses they both attack . I think pea would dominate Loma Down stretch .
