Rosario’s battle-tested resume is rare for a prospect these days. He faced an inordinate amount of undefeated and one/two loss opponents.

There are a bunch of solid action matchups with him now, but knowing PBC they’re going to match him up against the most difficult style and least entertaining matchup.
Ok so no Chalor vs Rosario next his promoter could be making a BIG MISTAKE sound like they're going to take the fight with Israil Madrimov , DAMN Madrimov can maybe beat all current belt holders

I would rather see Rosario vs Charlo or Hurd anyway.

I think Jrock already overperformed for his talent level due to having a good trainer. I have never seen Jrock as being weak mentally but definitely not strong mentally (boxing wise)I now see him as being a fighter who will never be able to hold onto a belt long because he cannot keep focused every min of every fight.

I read somewhere that Charlo-Rosario is being worked on for the summer. If so, makes sense for Julian to wait it out. He might have a better shot versus Charlo should he win.

That's a great take. He also doesn't seem to be too durable and he doesn't seem to recuperate well when being hurt.

              He needs a new trainer...

              Sorry #breadman

That's a very embarassing loss and the guy simply wasnt prepared.

Bread got his fighters trying to win by "wanting it more". Boxers don't last long if that's all they've got. So the Charlo fight wasnt a fluke and that's proven by Rosario beatdown as well as Charlo looking ordinary in his career.

Need to teach your fighters and prepare them for specific things...not just hype them up

Crazy people wanted Bread to win BWOA TOY..based on..what?

Probably the right choice, other options for him at 154 and can target the rematch down the line if he gets a quality win or two first. Does JRock beat Lara? That'd be a good fight

Damn...not a good look. He was critical of Hurd for doing the same. I was looking forward to that fight too. Oh well, he’s gotta do what he feels is best for him.

He’s grossly overrated as a trainer IMO, He’s knowledgeable and well spoken but that doesn’t qualify him as a good trainer. His tactics were always very one dimensional IMO, I’ve never seen J-Rock be able to adapt which is why both of his losses were so one sided.

I don’t rate Breadman as a trainer tbh man, I think he’s more of a talker than a walker. I’ve never been impressed by his tactics or corner work.

I agree on J-Rock never being able to hold onto a title though, I don’t think he reacts well to being hit, once he’s hurt; he stays hurt.
