The funny thing is the HW's of today are waay bigger than the old school heavyweights and in all likelihood would dominate them If you matched them up..
It is a Weak ERA because IT IS! You have Fury, AJ, Wilder...then it is a big drop off after that then you have guys like Whyte and others
Sorry I been watching boxing too long and seen too many greats to be so easily impressed. For some who may not have been watching boxing very Long...Ignorance Is Bliss. If they Knew Better they would EXPECT BETTER!
I'm not lowering my standards for the Heavyweight Division for this ERA Sorry
Now that doesn't mean the fighters this ERA are not good, Fury is GOOD BUT his ERA...ERA being COLLECTIVELY as a GROUP OF HEAVYWEIGHTS it is not a strong ERA.
It Can be though IF Dubios, Hrgravic, Tony Yoka and all those other up and coming Heavyweights Live up to their Potential then yeah it could turn into a excellent ERA

Duran exposed SRL
SRL exposed Hearns
Frazier exposed Ali
Mayweather exposed Canelo
Margarito exposed Cotto
De Jesus exposed Duran
Tarver exposed Roy Jones
Hopkins exposed Trinidad
Then they turn around and list this “exposed” fighter as a great win for the winner. Honestly, Wilder is Fury’s best win, then comes Wlad, because Wlad was past prime.

Kownacki figured Helenius was a done fighter and he thought i can bum rush him like i did to the other nightmare.

Kownacki has struggled with a shot to bits Arreola and got stopped by a shot to bits Helenius in his only fights since Miller popped dirty......cant be connected though

Boxing fans are so ass-backwards and create problems just to complain about them.
Didn’t everybody say Bute was a protected bum? As soon as Froch beat him (redeeming himself after the award loss), suddenly...suddenly...all you heard was, “Froch is back!”
How is he “back” after beating a “bum”? Same thing with the Wilder fight a couple of weeks ago. Fury can’t be the GOAT and the top HW if he beat a “bum” in Wilder.
Again, most boxing fans are backwards-asses!
