This is a very good fight. BJS hasn't been looking great lately so I'm not surprised he got picked. He usually trains & fights to the level of his opponent so he should be in the best shape for the biggest fight of his career. & If he is, his size, movement & awkward southpaw style will be a real puzzle for Canelo to solve.

I’m probably a “Canelo hater” but honestly, i think this is the trickiest fight that can be made. He gets credit from me.

Canelo didn’t need to take this fight. There’s stylistically easier fights where he makes the same money.

I think this is a real fight. The problem is, come May 2nd when it’s competitive, people will say Canelo is overrated. They won’t say that he actually fought a good opponent, or give Saunders credit either.

How I feel. I respect Alvarez as elite, but I am simply not as huge a fan as some. That does not change the simple fact that Saunders is a legit boxer with very good skills. This is maybe not the BEST fight that can be made, but it is one of the most challenging. To bash Alvarez for this decision is silly. Saunders on a good night with fair judging can outright beat him. I am interested.
