I think these guys want fairy tales not actual opinions that may differ from their own.

They must have extremely shaky psyches if one loss of a favourite fighter sends them.off the deep end.

There's some lunatic with a YouTube vid actually phoning the Nevada state athletic commission to ask for the fight result to be annulled lol.

Another one wants to make a class action suit to get the fans their money back because Wilder didn't win. You got Wilder actually, literally blaming his costume. You couldn't make it up.

Maybe WWE or WWF whatever it is called - where the crowd favourite always wins is better suited to their minuscule intelligence.

I'm utterly astonished at the levels of mental on display since Fury exposed that ducker.

Wilder and his team and a portion of his fans are real femine. It's cringe worthy stuff.

Don't let Wilder read this article. He might look to KO Malignaggi & get boxingscene banned for speaking truth & hurting his feelings. All these Wilder cheerleaders hating on Malignaggi for speaking truth & sense & shading him for his own shortcomings show how mentally soft men really are in society nowadays. Smh.

I think fighters are more attuned to the business side of fighting than certain fans who seem to attach to random acts such as the ones you mention. I wonder what drives some of those psychotic actions as well as comments similar to yours.

Again I say that, whether this is true or not it's not a good look from Wilder if he cares that much about what Paulie thinks. It doesn't mean anything in the grand scheme of things. My only problem with this statement was the 'yo player' bit, that was unnecessary. Nothing else was.

I'm not a sycophant, I don't need to cape for any boxers. I like AJ and Wilder, when AJ lost he disappeared gave props publically even if he didn't feel that way behind closed doors and came back and got his win. I think Wilder can do the same and all this other stuff is just a distraction from what needs to be done.
I think he should care (not obsess over) because Paulie as a Showtime representative has a duty to inform the uninformed not on pure boxing as if speaking to a hardcore, but represent Showtime and their fighters. Kellerman used to do a great job of it with HBO.

The wilderettes are so b[_]tt hurt and deontayduckus wilderquackus is broken.....look at the history of Protecting Boxing Cowards......it started in a negative way.....they tried to pillage and pilfer and to a certain extent got away with it but now it is starting to bite them in the @$$......those days of building and marketing a fighter (****** clown) cherry picking and holding a belt (wbc) hostage is not passing the litmus test......

Because Wilder and his fans really do believe those excuses than reality. Reality is like malignaggi said Wilder lost both those fights. The truth hurts more than a lie. They will have more excuses when he loses to Fury a third time in a row. Tyson tried to do the same thing to Larry Merchant after his lose to Douglas but Tyson blamed himself for the lose unlike Wilder

Think we gonna have to agree to disagree here.

I don’t think what he said initially was wrong it was a fair view.

                    ****ckkc wilder.

He doesn't even deserve a 3rd fight. He lost 2 in a row..

                    Won maybe 3 rounds TOTAL!!

I actually hate wilder now and think he's pathetic

When it comes to propaganda, it's not a matter of fairness. To a hardcore fan...sure the comments are fair. To the casual or uninformed they may think...this guy isn't that good. From a marketing perspective, you don't want the casuals or uninformed to think that, whether it's a fair assessment or not.
