Some of you Wilder & PBC fans are not taking this loss well. Wilder did lose the first fight and was soundly beaten in the second fight. I like paulie. He's being very truthful at the moment. When Deontay flattens people, he celebrates and gloats, and screams his obnoxious bomb squad crap, but he didn't take his loss gracefully. He lost that 1st fight and was delusional about it. He was so in love with putting fury down that he couldn't see that he lost the entire rest of that fight. So he said he was robbed. Now, he got waxed and everyone saw it, so he can't claim robbery like he did in the 1st fight. So instead, he looks for other reasons to explain what happened. None of his reasons include the inescapable fact that tyson fury had the ability to put his fist on deontay's face over and over and land those shots. So glove gate was created. Glove gate doesn't explain how the punches were able to consistently find their target. Now that he clearly lost, you can see the poor character he exhibits where he can't just own it. He's a chump that just hits hard. How can you improve if you won't own anything you do wrong and can't accept critcism?

Not exactly, truth is that Espinoza just can't justify the numbers. Wilder isn't a big enough draw to justify the guarantee pay he demands. In these instances, fights are forced into a PPV with the fighter taking on some of the risk.
