And may I add, my man Mike would’ve broke him in half! The Cus/Kevin Rooney version woulda broke him faster....
Exactly! He has been humbled, so let's see how he reacts!

He's not a cheerleader, his job is to tell people what he sees with eyes more experienced than most. If something he says sounds like he's saying "this guy's not very good", well in Wilder's case, he's spot on, Wilder is just simply not very good at that level.

The bit that really gets me is that Wilder actually knows his boxing, and were he in Paulie's position he'd have had exactly the same opinion, but he's too close and his fragile ego won't allow him accept an obvious truth. It's sad, really, that he can be so mentally damaged.

A person’s true character is more so defined after a loss, not after victory.

Like you said, his ego is too fragile! I recently heard Mike Tyson say that he couldn't go back to boxing because he would have to get his ego back, which would lead to him doing very destructive things again. Sadly, Wilder seems to be headed for self-destruction!

This is so Wilder talking all those tough talk and getting destroyed. He was outboxed in the first fight and beat from pillar to post in the second. Real champ makes adjustment and he made none in the second fight believing his own hype. Rethink and Readjust to have a shot. I am afraid losing for the 3rd time against Fury even though it would be 2 officially ends Wilder as a good heavyweight. If he needs motivation, he should view the third fight as a final fight at the top echelon.

Paulie is a great announcer, by far the best expert announcer today.

I like Wilder, but he really needs to revamp his team.

Paulie is 100% right. He's regressed and the vultures around him are gassing him up, just they did with Mike Tyson.

Wilder is an insecure little biotch - typical bully mentality. He's a courageous tough guy until someone steps up to him and punches him right in the fking mouth. Wilder also has some snitch-type qualities about him too. Can't wait until Fury destroys him again and this time I hope nobody stops the fight let's him go out Apollo style if he wants.

I still remember when Wilder tried to bully Billy Joe and Billy Joe didn't back down at all. Billy Joe: "Yeah, I said it." After Fury fks him up again, I wouldn't mind if Wilder disappeared from the scene for good.

This is just a sign of the times. We see these fighters teams (including promotional side) always try to silence the press if they don't paint a rosy picture.

I'll go ahead and guess that Showtime lost Wilder from their airwaves because they would not take Wilder's team demands.
