What if the celebs ask for a fee to be on here? Some would probably want that. Can BScene afford that? Once a week is a big ask, as well.

The idea is great. I remember seeing something like that, live written Q&A stream (not sure if it was BScene or another site I used to be a member of in the late, late 90s, called Doghouseboxing).

Cleaning out the racism on NSB and moderating it consistently would be nice for now. Meaningless repetitive threads shouldn't be allowed. NSB should get its act together and clear out the trolls.

When I first started frequenting the site , there was high caliber personalities who would drop by and shoot the chit ( boxers , trainers even promoters )

I think the ones who come on somewhere like reddit just do it for free/fun/exposure...I think a lot of people in the business would enjoy mixing it up with some real 'hardcore' fans who maybe can help their image a bit...and maybe help them make some new dedicated hardcore fans.

Like how cool would it be to have Fury or Wilder come on here and mix it up with them a bit...or have them bust the balls of someone on here or vice versa...it would be great, we would laugh about that for ages.

I say ZERO bans. Let the people talk all the sh it they want who cares. And taking away blocking/ignore if you can dish it out but can’t take it then you don’t belong on a forum

I kind of agree...but there are some really bad trolls on here...I mix it up with everyone, even the one or so people I have blocked lol...but some people on here refuse to keep it real on anything really and are just looking for a fight.

I don't want people to have to deal with that if they don't want to.

Greg Leon’s site used to have a live Q&A and would end with the fighter picking one person to speak with on the phone. I was picked once by Sharmba Mitchell before his fight with Mayweather. Instead of having a conversation like a normal person, I used it as an opportunity to try and change the course of boxing history by feeding him tips on how to win lol. Sorry boys. I tried my best.

That would be interesting...feel like the threshold should be pretty high though...that way if you get banned, it is basically universally agreed from every demo on here that you are bad and need to go.

Pbc and LDBC shills are mostly the same. There’s maybe one or two dazn shills.

If you banned dazn shill threads, no one would notice there’s so few of them. Right now if you banned pbc shill threads, the forum would look hacked cos there’d be almost nothing left.

Bottom line is, threads where facts are being twisted or ignored just to fit a narrative should have no place on this forum.

That's kind of my issue too...like Floyd/Canelo fans kind of grouped together to go against GGG...so depending on the threshold you could get a lot of GGG fans out just because they support him.

Thats why i said legitimate reason. The mods would have to make sure its not just guys voting cuz they dislike someone. Or we vote on a respected poster to watch over it

No, I was in Canada. It’s cool how something like that can just drop into your lap if you’re around the sport for long enough though. Was sitting at home playing video games one second and all the sudden I receive a pre-call from Leon who tells me to get ready for Mitchell in 5 minutes. Never talked to a famous person before so it was pretty wild. I had his full attention. Not like he had some place to be.
