Oh, ban MF's who make outright lying threads. There was a handful of "Deontay Wilder Injured" "Tyson Fury Pulls out of rematch" etc. etc. in the week of the fight. It's bull****.

There would have to be some moderation...maybe the mods can pick some good posters to live-chat with the people we get on here...and then everyone else is welcome to submit questions beforehand and if they pass then they can get asked.

The NSB mods are modding and chilling with us here right now. I appreciate them. They don't interfere or show their power. That's how you do it.

We need them to interject sometimes, tho, if one of us is getting out of hand, as it happens. Then they don't need to deal with complaints or bans later. Do it on the spot and move on.

Trolls should be kicked out.

I think the ones who come on somewhere like reddit just do it for free/fun/exposure...I think a lot of people in the business would enjoy mixing it up with some real 'hardcore' fans who maybe can help their image a bit...and maybe help them make some new dedicated hardcore fans.

Like how cool would it be to have Fury or Wilder come on here and mix it up with them a bit...or have them bust the balls of someone on here or vice versa...it would be great, we would laugh about that for ages.



I kind of agree...but there are some really bad trolls on here...I mix it up with everyone, even the one or so people I have blocked lol...but some people on here refuse to keep it real on anything really and are just looking for a fight.

I don't want people to have to deal with that if they don't want to.

That would be interesting...feel like the threshold should be pretty high though...that way if you get banned, it is basically universally agreed from every demo on here that you are bad and need to go.

Headed down to AC for May vs Gatti
Long story short , after the fight , spent the whole night with Mickey Ward partying
The daughter of the original owner of the Blue Horizon ( many greats performed there , was located in Philly ) gorgeous blonde who was hired to double for Gatti for boxing shorts
And following us around ( had a big crush on blondie ) was Chuck Zito

I was on the ******* boxing forum until that site folded. Missed Ruiz-Joshua 2 because I had no clue the fight was airing early so decided I’d never be out of the loop again. Signed up here that night.

But i brought it up cuz its guys they i think everyone could agree should be banned. Or guys who should get warned from spamming Younbdness and his LDBC obsession or Monzon and his X-Files conspiracy BS.

And about the racisim.... The word gets throwed around too much and mistaken for prejudice.

And i can tell....i argued with plenty of guys when it comes to race but end up cool when we change topics. The racist guys never let it go and it always spills over in debates.

Thats why i hate certain threads cuz it brings out the closet racists....

One on my last red Ks is from a guy who called me a ****** just cuz i made a comment asking why continue talking about the LDBC...

And I haven't really experienced that type of stuff that you mentioned and I am sorry you did...sh.it does get too heated on here sometimes unfortunately and when you are trying to hurt someone's feelings, going racial is a good go-to sadly.

I think as BoxingIsGreat said...the guys who continually show that they can't debate without taking it to a very personal level should have some restrictions put on them.

Not really to punish them but just to try and teach them and hopefully move the convos on here to a more friendly level.

Was just thinking about ways to improve the forum

One I thought of was trying to get some fighters - past or present, or other figures (judges/refs/promoters...ring girls here on the forum periodically for some Q and As.

I would think the mods and site owners would like it as well as it would drive traffic and maybe bring some new eyes in to stay.

I think it would also help lead to better boxing discussions on here...as people around the sport have some good insights usually, and can critique their peers better and more accurately generally than the average poster on here...maybe that could rub off on some here.

Maybe a once a week Q and A?

Any other ideas?

You got us from North America on now and then come the British ( 6 hour difference give or take )
I think they would shut down the site before taking a task like that at hand

Tell you what , it was a great fughin night
And nothing better than being at a big show like that
Spent the week there and it was incredible
From photographers to managers to trainers to actual fighters from all over the globe
Had a drink with Ricky Hatton , that lead to us singing and getting quite wasted in a matter of 30 mins lol
