Ways to improve the forum

What if the celebs ask for a fee to be on here? Some would probably want that. Can BScene afford that? Once a week is a big ask, as well.
The idea is great. I remember seeing something like that, live written Q&A stream (not sure if it was BScene or another site I used to be a member of in the late, late 90s, called Doghouseboxing).
Cleaning out the racism on NSB and moderating it consistently would be nice for now. Meaningless repetitive threads shouldn't be allowed. NSB should get its act together and clear out the trolls.Last edited by BoxingIsGreat; 03-02-2020, 09:34 PM.Comment

When I first started frequenting the site , there was high caliber personalities who would drop by and shoot the chit ( boxers , trainers even promoters )Was just thinking about ways to improve the forum
One I thought of was trying to get some fighters - past or present, or other figures (judges/refs/promoters...ring girls
here on the forum periodically for some Q and As.
I would think the mods and site owners would like it as well as it would drive traffic and maybe bring some new eyes in to stay.
I think it would also help lead to better boxing discussions on here...as people around the sport have some good insights usually, and can critique their peers better and more accurately generally than the average poster on here...maybe that could rub off on some here.
Maybe a once a week Q and A?
Any other ideas?
5 per month and we would lose the sight unfortunately
But I get what your saying
It’s also wishful thinking
This right hereBan half the dumbasses who make a ridiculous amount of posts about the loser of a major fight.
Ban the fanboys who make excessive threads about their favorite fighters (the Johncastallanos types).
Ban the idiots who try too hard to make us all take sides between PBC, Matchroom and Top Rank.
It would cost the site a few bucks to have actual watchdogs to filter out the real jerk offs who are here with an agenda instead of just actually it being their honest opinion
And if they do all of the above , this would end up being the situation
There would be no more forumComment

Greg Leon’s site used to have a live Q&A and would end with the fighter picking one person to speak with on the phone. I was picked once by Sharmba Mitchell before his fight with Mayweather. Instead of having a conversation like a normal person, I used it as an opportunity to try and change the course of boxing history by feeding him tips on how to win lol. Sorry boys. I tried my best.Comment

Or let us vote on who gets banned. If enough people have a legitimate reason to vote someone off.... Off with their headsComment
