Lol that 39 y/o Klitschko did better than the the Bronze Bafoon.

That said, Wilder could knock out any man that ever walked this green Earth with the right shot.

is it possible that Wilder's power is deteriorating?

Fury didn't seen fazed by any of the right hand shots in round 1 or 2?

Exactly...he said it in the ring immediately after beating the guy. It’s easy to be gracious and pump the guy’s tires a bit, after soundly beating him. He kissed him on the forehead after ffs.

I think those were probing shots, they weren't knock out shots. iirc those were long range rights so Fury was also able to sway with the shots a little.

Wilder needs to add layers to his offence, it's far too simplistic, 0 backfoot game. Needs to add dimensions to that one dimension he has.

If he can add more tools and imagination behind his attacks, then add that big right he's as good chance of getting Fury as ever.

Though I mentioned in another thread, because Fury has beaten him with two different styles (he won that 1st one), he will have the measure of Wilder even better, thusly apart from if he got caught just right, Fury shouldn't have any problems winning a 3rd.

To look in Wilders eyes in parts of that fight, he was shell shocked and bamboozled to what was happening.
That guy uses too much energy, like even the week leading up to the fight and Fury just so chill about it all.
Fury was as relaxed as I’ve ever seen a fighter coming into a championship fight. He was seriously singing along to “Crazy”, by Patsy Cline. Lol

I don’t know if Wilder can change significantly any more. He’s 34, closer to 35 by the time a trilogy takes place. His hopes remain in a well-placed right hand. Always dangerous, to be sure, but Tyson has his number.

So that’s how close it was to being a wilder knockout victory in the 1st round.

So how can there be little interest in the third fight? Wilder has the power to knock fury out!
Fury is only being gracious because Wilder was out of range when he landed that punch. He didn't have the proper amount of leverage on that punch as he should have or else "The Gypsy King" would have been staring up at the lights. Wilder was standing too far away when that punch was thrown which is how Tyson was able to see it and then rolled with it.

I wouldn’t call those “probing shots”; but although they landed cleanly, I don’t think they landed full force, either. On both occasions, it appeared Fury was able to move just enough to avoid 100% force. Not every right hand Wilder lands will be KO quality, and not every opponent has Fury’s reflexes (or chin, for that matter).
