Everyone is talking about undisputed except for Bob Arum

Have you noticed that the only the people who are harping on this undisputed bout between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury are either British or part of Team Fury?

For example, we haven't heard so much of a peep out of Bob Arum about this undisputed bout between Joshua and Fury. Also Arum is on record saying that Anthony Joshua was no longer elite.

Obviously, Frank Warren and Bob Arum are not on the same page on this one because obviously Arum is looking forward to the Pulev mandatory against Joshua rather than an undisputed bout between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury.

So what are some of you guys thoughts on this?

Firstly, because Arum knows that talking about it makes no sense at the moment. He knows it is Wilder's call on what to do next.

Secondly, he probably thinks Fury is on a hype so they could fight a few PPVs that actually turn in some money. Last time he fought Wilder and regained some popularity. He then went ahead and fought two unknowns, cashed in on WWE before fighting Wilder. Probably has similar intentions here too. He just got a cash cow...why risk it immediately?

Thirdly, he can make money either way from Pulev fight Joshua...winning or losing. So, why jeopardize that?

How is that even possible? What if Pulev upsets AJ then there will be no undisputed bout.

Like I said, I don’t think Bob thinks Pulev will win, and AJ is massively favored. Pulev is still making a payday even if he loses.

The biggest impediments to an AJ Fury fight are old fish eyes Warren and John Fury.
Warren talking more than 50/50 is crazy talk and John Fury ****ing on about half a billion pounds.

Arum now has a SUPERSTAR Heavyweight Boxer in America so he really doesn't have to Purse it. They can make a TON of money keeping Fury in America fighting WHOEVER!

Good call and I agree. In addition, Bob believes that Joshua is an emotionally scarred fighter anyhow. He no longer believe that he will be the same fighter again since the first Andy Ruiz fight. He thinks Pulev is going to stop him because in his words Joshua is going to fight scared for the rest of his career.

That is correct, the first signs of a duck of AJ. Then a few days later - also John Fury - "it'll take a half a billion pounds."

Writing is on the wall - it might be a fight we don't see. Aj is not as cautious as Wlad, or as limited as Wilder. He's a very tough night for Fury.
Now, let's be clear...I am not saying that AJ will definitely win, I am.saying that there are some potential roadblocks and difficult people on Fury's side of the table.
As usual, there is nothing but willingness and enthusiasm from AJ and Hearn.
AJ and Whyte and Parker will fight anyone. I think there is caution from some of Fury's side (maybe not TF himself) and as for Wilder, he spends a tremendous amount of money on hype to create the illusion he's a solid champion, but his game, like his personality, is shallow and has no substance to it.
The sooner that guy is gone from boxing, and Finkel with him = the better for fans of the sport.

I am saying that as a fan I am worried about it happening based on three small pieces of evidence so far. Not saying this is how things will unfold, just saying it concerns me.
