Everyone is talking about undisputed except for Bob Arum

Have you noticed that the only the people who are harping on this undisputed bout between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury are either British or part of Team Fury?

For example, we haven't heard so much of a peep out of Bob Arum about this undisputed bout between Joshua and Fury. Also Arum is on record saying that Anthony Joshua was no longer elite.

Obviously, Frank Warren and Bob Arum are not on the same page on this one because obviously Arum is looking forward to the Pulev mandatory against Joshua rather than an undisputed bout between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury.

So what are some of you guys thoughts on this?

I think Arum is expecting Pulev to pull off the upset and honestly I'm not expecting it but not gonna count him out either

Yes, that makes a lot of sense. Bob thinks that Joshua is now a scarred fighter. He believes that Joshua will fight the rest of his career scared.

Why are you making stuff up? Hearn wont shut up about Fury v Joshua. Is even talking about paying Pulev to step aside.

Fury seems more excited about a Wilder third fight than a Joshua fight with how dismissive he is and has been for years of Joshua and then we got his father wanting him to retire without fighting Joshua.

I'm not much of a fan of either of these guys but this forum and the dishonesty sometimes really has me looking like a fanboy.

Hearn said he spoke to Bob on Wednesday and said he was up for it, everyone wants the fight including Fury & AJ.

Bob wants both of his fighters to get paid. first pulev then a massive undisputed fight with Fury and AJ. Highly doubt he actually expects Pulev to pull it off though

How is that even possible? What if Pulev upsets AJ then there will be no undisputed bout.

Fury has no interest in fighting Wilder again. I first noticed it in a throw away interview where someone who believed he was gonna box asked what happens when he beats Wilder. He answered “well we fight a third time. And then maybe a fourth.” and there was something in his voice that told me he thought the idea of fighting him a third time was ridiculous. Why would it be ridiculous?, I asked myself. Because you don’t need a third fight when you’re going to destroy someone. That’s how I knew he was going to be the aggressor. Ha.

You don’t destroy someone when you’re working towards a third fight. He could have outpointed him but instead he took the Lewis-Rahman 2 route. Legacy all the way, baby. No rematch needed. Although it seems Wilder is more stubborn than anyone could have imagined.
