You've done nothing but embarrass yourself in this thread. Exposing you don't know what you're talking about.

They don't put purses in rematch clauses doe........
They can't guarantee 25 mil doe.............

Absolute ****ing clown. You came in trying to be a **** because i speculated that the fight might not happen because of purses that could be in the contracts. You're leaving looking like a clueless idiot.

Deflection anyone? If the networks "void" the exercised rematch clause then I will gladly apologize and eat crow. I doubt that you can promise the same. Have a great day and enjoy whatever soccer games that are on later. As for myself I will be watching the Garcia/Vargas card. I have a modest wager on Vargas with great odds. Not sure he will win but that's ********!

Let's just see how much of your boxing expertise plays out. I'll be in touch when the third fight is signed. If I am wrong, won't be the first or last time. Peace!

I never said the networks would void the contract. Now you're resorting to lying. I proved you wrong on everything. Take you L's clown and stick to topics you actually know something about.

Interesting. So this whole thread is based on my imagination? I must humbly apologize. I "assumed" that your initial post was based on networks declining a fight based on your boxing I.Q. I either misunderstood or you are backtracking. Have a great day Robbie!

"Might not need to pay Wilder anything. The networks/promoters took a loss on this fight, depending on the purses in the contract they might pull the plug on the rematch".

Sorry Robbie. You didn't say "void", you said "pull the plug". My bad. I guess they mean the exact opposite!

I think you should look up the definition of "might" because you clearly have no idea what it means. You're the clown that just keeps on giving.

Oh sorry again. So you "might" be a boxing expert. Now I get it.

            Merriam Webster:

            Definition of might :
            past tense of MAY

1—used to express permission, liberty, probability, or possibility in the past

2—used to say that something is possible

Is it possible that the networks can or "might" pull the plug if Wilder exercises his rematch clause? Time will tell, won't it. I'll wait to see if you have the same bravado and bluster "when" the trilogy fight is announced. The only one that can "pull the plug" is Wilder himself. You are in England. Ask Frank Warren, if you are the boxing guy that you claim to be. I have never met the guy but I have met Eddie Hearn.

Hey Robbie and Cappe, you guys are killing me with this thread, lol. It's obvious that you are not going to agree. From what I have seen from Barrett so far, he is never going to apologize. Will there be a third Fury/Wilder fight? It seems to be up to Wilder. He can accept step aside money or he can trigger the rematch clause. Is this dispute about television networks? Can they refuse to accept the terms of a rematch clause and cancel the fight. It doesn't seem possible but stranger things have happened.

You are correct Claude. I have gotten caught up with this guy in the past. I should have learned by now. I guess that I am stubborn. He backtracks and deflects when he is wrong, which is often. Was I 100% percent correct with everything? Probably not but I was originally responding to his network canceling the fight statement. Of course he will not apologize when the fight is announced. This dude is the personification of "wrong and strong".

Wrong and strong, lol. You admit to being stubborn. No offense but if this guy is who you say he is, then you are nuts for entertaining him. I know the type. You will be holding your hand on your arse waiting for an apology if the third fight comes off. Folks like that spend more time attacking and less time defending. Why? Because their statements are generally proven inaccurate. He is correct in that there can be large pre-fight guarantees. High expectations, high guarantees. Low expectations, low guarantees, if any at all. It's not rocket science. From what I gather from friends in the industry, rematch clauses are already approved by the networks. Otherwise what would be the point? The networks are stuck with this fight if Wilder wants it. That's why FS1 is replaying a version of Wilder/Ortiz 2 to try and hype the Fury/Wilder third fight. Apparently Wilder will exercise his right to the fight.

The networks "may" cancel this fight, right Robbie? As usual you were proven wrong and will turtle up. A little advice: "it's what you learn after you know it all that matters" . Peace out!

Still struggling with "might" are you? Saying something might happen is not a prediction. I hope English isn't your first language.

You actually made claims like purses aren't in rematch clauses, 25 million can't be guaranteed and filed purses are guarantees. All of which i did prove wrong. DERP DERP
