It doesn't matter who Wilder brings in to train him because the buck stops with him. They won't be able to help him unless he is willing to accept their help in order to become a complete and well-rounded fundamentally sound fighter. He has to want to improve and get better because if he doesn't, he will remain static and won't grow.Comment

Wilder is nearly 35, hard to see what can be changed at that age. It’s not even like he has basic fundamentals to build on or the boxing IQ to pick it up fast, that’s the main problem.
He can’t even do things that he should’ve been learning in his first year of boxing.
If he had good basic fundamentals and needed to be refined, then it’d be a good idea.Comment
