Take full responsibility for what you did wrong.

It's the only way to learn

He should blame BOTH his legs. They're too thin for a heavyweight.

Learn. That's it. Look honestly at what you did wrong and either fix it or find a way around it the next time. Only time will tell if that's the case.

The difference in class between them two is ridiculous.

Completely agree. I don't really rate AJ but at least he took his L like a real man.

I actually think excuses can help you physiologically. If you we’re to except that you just aren’t good enough I’m not sure you could come back from that very easily aged 35. With the excuses he may think that next time he’ll do better. If can combine this with an understanding of what he needs to improve on in terms of technique then I think it can work well.

AJ is all class while wilder is exposed as a punk. wilder doesnt deserve rematch. he lost the 1st fight clearly (only won 2 or 3 rounds imo) and the 2nd fight he gets demolished.

fury vs AJ is what the the entire world wants to see

Everybody is different. Some people handle loss differently. However, I agree with your original premise that AJ did handle his loss both graciously and diplomatically.

Deontay Wilder is running through a gamut of emotions right now but he will bounce back. A loss can have very devastating effects on an undefeated fighter's ego and psyche. He is not broken. If anything he is more embarrassed.

Currently, this is a time of deep reflection, reevaluation and reassessment for Deontay Wilder. He is forced to do some deep soul searching now.

I will say this; If he not is willing to make the necessary changes in his camp in order to become a more complete fighter than I would rather him retire than to risk serious bodily harm to himself.
