He is done. One trick pony.
I hope he carries on, I want to see more beatdowns when he takes on guys like Whyte, Parker, Povetkin.

People were saying leading up to this fight that Wilder had more room to improve than Fury and he only had to make a few adjustments to put Fury down for good this time, instead he loses 100x worse than in the first fight. Hes now to all intents and purposes 0-2, losing to two completely different game plans. Gets outboxed for about 10 rounds by a likely far from 100% Fury in the first fight, gets walked down and absolutely battered in a way we rarely see Fury beat anybody in the second fight.Comment

With Wilder's power it's hard to write off his ability to come back as a fighter but after the two fights he's had with Tyson it's probably smart to write off his chances to win a third fight.
People still love knock outs. He ain't done.Comment

Boxing is entertainment and Wilder is still the most exciting Heavyweight right now. People will still pay to see him knock mofos out and now he is on a path of redemption. Wilder will be back and you idiots will never give him credit. There has always been a bias against Wilder.Comment

He is 35 old one trick pony. Who was just outclassed.
Sure, he can have some good fights, but he will never be at top again. he can`t beat Fury.Comment

Write off is in done completely or that he just can't beat Fury? Wilder is still going to be dangerous against anyone with his power but Fury is a terrible styles match up for him. Granted, his legs were gone after they 3rd, but what's he going to do to prevent Fury from just coming after him in the trilogy? What is he going to do to even get his big shots off? If he lands flush he can still put Fury down, but it's going to he hard now that Fury knows he can walk Wilder down at will.Comment

Tonight illustrates while Wilder waited for Vitali to retire before going for the WBA belt, he can't handle someone constantly pressuring HIM. He is the natural aggressor, but once he is on the back foot he can't adapt. Vitali would of exposed this in 2015. Took 5 years to show it now.
Wilder's corner did him no favors either. Once i saw the blood gushing out of his ear i knew he was done, for anyone who has ever dealt with vertigo they KNOW EXACTLY what I'm talking about.Comment
