Ruiz got paid to lose by the degenerate hearns. there was no money to be earned with ruiz as champ

This is a chance for Deyonce to rededicate himself. Cut the crap about wanting bodies, and walking around with an alter ego. Be respectful, fight some solid guys and earn respect.

I definitely don't think an immediate rematch is the way to go for him though.

We knew the time was coming where he'd have to rely on something other than that right hand.

We all knew what he was, an athletic ko artist with not even the very basic of boxing skills.

This was bound to happen eventually, can he still be dangerous? Sure, he's a puncher.

Can he develop world class skill? Doubt it at his age.

He should either cash himself out on a 3rd fight if he feels he's done or try and learn a few new things then take on some soft opposition to learn from and become better before stepping up again.

Wilder has a punchers chance against anybody but he doesn't have any boxing skills to fall back on. He's also 34 years old so the clock is ticking.

Because he finally made the step up in opposition and both times has lost (he lost the first fight against Fury despite what the judges think) and he got battered in the rematch that's why

It’s amazing how quickly folks are to write off his career or even that a third fight isn’t justified. We need the third to prove whether this was a Flukey situation similar to AJs first Ruiz fight or whether he just had an off night. I don’t think wilder needs to change a ton here.first fight was dead even. I’d like to see a third.

Wilder has to take the L for now....... Joshua came back and executed a good boxing performance to win back his titles, he showed me he can adjust and looked good, confident in what he was doing.

How Wilder reacts now will define him..... will he try to come back and win back his title?

I think he will always have that equaliser and anyone short of a good defence/chin will be in serious trouble against him.

It's not out of the question for him to land on Fury in a third fight but his chances are not great
Nah, we're just happy because he's been exposed after all his ducking and cherry picking. Fury was a cherry pick gone wrong.
Happy days for hw boxing fans now that the ducker has been stfu
