There might be one thread on them in the first 2 pages.

    • Honestly I'm not convinced that human civilisation will be here 100 years from now

      • Anyone who says Pacquiao isn’t being honest.

        • They will always be linked at the navel, talk about one cannot happen without mention of the other.

          • Depends who you ask I think. The Floyd type fans that prefer pure boxing over excitement (although that probably does get them excited) will look up Floyd's fights a 100 years from now.

An action fighter fan will without a doubt want to look up Pac's fights. Not to mention just when they hear of the crazy accomplishments, they'll want to see what he was all about.

I think both will have their own fans and each can be just as popular. However, Floyd isn't a senator... If your talking as a human being and person, well Pac's part of history in more ways than one.

I don’t know man. For the longest people tried to compare Pacquiao with Floyd but when they fought it was a blowout. Maidana actually was a much tougher fight for Floyd than Pacquiao was and I’m not one of these new fans who thinks their “legacies” are close. They’re not, at all.

One guy retired 5 years earlier and still holds the record for most world champions beaten and retired 50-0. The other one you could easily argue should have 10 losses. He’s a legend in the sport despite that but I don’t think he compares to Floyd in terms of career or skills. And there’s at least 4-5 guys who gave Floyd much harder fights than Manny did.

There will all sorts of conversations but thats at bit out there and can never been known, what Im getting at is historians media articles etc, in boxing circles I think they are connected whenever one is referenced the other will be mentioned no matter who was the lead of the conversation.

The only time they were ever really head to head Floyd beat Manny in the boxing ring thats something Manny can never get back.

Pac will be remembered more, and barrera and morales and jmm and bradley will be linked to Pac more than Floyd with Pac s rematches and triologies.

Duran can never get back his loss to laing, but I'm s ure duran will be remembered more. I'm also sure Mike tyson.will be remembered more than douglas.
As really what I'm saying is Floyd s win over pac has got nothing to do with who will be remembered more. Pac much.more entertaining and did more so will be remembered more.
There's too many American slicksters . Not many Filipino superstars so that in itself Pac will stand out. Also with a name like pac man.
In 100 years when they talk about Filipino 8 division superstar people won't have to think hard who they're talking about.
