Solid punchers chance in any era, yes. But most of the time he'd be getting his clock cleaned bad and often in other eras. ****, it'd probably have happened in his own era if he hadnt been so selective with his opposition. Can you honestly imagine his power consistently bailing him out in the 90s against the likes of Lennox, Tyson, Bowe, Holyfield, Briggs, Mercer, Ibeabuchi, Tua etc instead of old Luis Ortiz and Eric Molina?

So dangerous. The fact that the guy can't really box but is flattening boxers who've fought most of their lives says something about his power. Everyone knows that all the man can do is crudely set up a right hand, but he's still managed to land it against everyone he's fought.

Kownacki has one of the best chins in boxing I just dont know how it fairs as far as long term effect because he blocks with his face. Real fun to watch though.

You exaggerate, of course, but there's a truth in what you said. I estimate Kownacki to last 2-3 years from now and then decline. It is of prmary importance to let Adam fight for the belt as soon as possible, no matter with whom, he will win the belt, perhaps one defense and that's it, IMO.
