Are you familiar with the term "turning over the hook"? If Wilder turns over the hook, getting his elbow behind the fist, Fury doesn't get up. The Hook is weak, it's more slap than punch.
The right hand is good, as I said, but hardly the best Wilder is capable of and as I also said, Fury is moving with it.
Saying that Wilder doesn't hit hard enough to keep Fury down is ****** talk. Saying that Wilder's hook was solid seems more like ignorance.Comment

Says the man who got dropped by a 41-year-old coming straight off a loss and retirement, and again by an obese tub-of-lard 4 times. Yet, Wilder, who's dropped every single person to step into the ring with him every single time, has no power. Yeah, right...ask Breazeale who fought both.Comment

I think saying Fury has a great chin, is a huge exaggeration. You need to remember Fury's knockdowns extend much further than the Wilder fight, including an unremarkable cruiserweight puncher (with something like a 50% KO ratio), putting Fury down hard.Fury is not chinny at all. Hes got a great chin and insanely good recovery/composure if he gets hurt. The shot that put Fury down would have finished practically anybody else imo, even if they managed to beat the count they wouldnt have been able to recover and survive the way Fury did.
However he does indeed have P4P level recovery skills, the likes of which i'm not sure i've seen before.Comment

Cunningham might not be a big puncher generally, but to be fair, that shot he landed on Fury was serious. It was a full commitment overhand right that Fury half walked into.I think saying Fury has a great chin, is a huge exaggeration. If Wilder doesn't hit hard, why did Stiverne die for a few seconds, slumped on the bottom rope, legs completely folded?Comment

Well I would agree with that, however he's been down a 3rd time against a dude called Neven Pacjikic who has 5 KO's from 17 wins. The reason I say he doesn't have a great chin is because his knockdowns are all clear loss of total motor function, his head going limp and his body falling backwards. Not a slip or a stumble, total loss of control.
