Even if Wilder beats Fury, Joshua, Whyte, Povetkin, Kownacki, Ruiz...it is still very average resume in "who is the best hw ever" debates.

He should have fought Vitali and Wladimir. He had his chance.

Wilder will never fight Whyte, Povetkin or Joshua or Usyk. Haymon cant rig them to dive. Thus they must be ducked.

For Wilder to be declaring himself as the best ever, like that other fraud mayweather is defamation and slander of all the real great true hwt champions who earned greatness the hard way. Wilder is a fraud who had everything handed to him via corruption, fake fights and hired divers.

Wilder knows he is a fraud and has to say crazy lies to try to get more people to buy into the fraud.

Wilder is nothing compared to 1988 Tyson who was constantly in the news and signing multi million dollar endorsements, constantly on big talk shows. Wilder is nothing and gets no endorsements or mainstream media attention. Because everyone with half a brain knows wilder is a total fraud hoax wwf pretender.

Wilder just insulted the sport of boxing and fans. He won't make top 10 because his resume is s.hit.

Has about as much chance of making the HOF as Charlie Z.

Fury gonna have his hands full as wilder confidence seems top notch. Even being outboxed for 10 rounds didn't dishearten wilder. Even.missing all those punches against fury he still expected to land in fury in 12th round.

KO Fury and AJ, slap a couple runner ups around and Wilder will make the top 30 Heavy Weights of all time.

If Wilder beats Fury, then AJ & fights Whyte, Kownaski, Dubois, etc and retires undefeated, you can make a case for top 10 of all time.
I say due to his late start in the sport, lack of necessary amateur experience, Bronze medal (unheard of for a fighter with only 3 years of experience), and of course, the KO ratio.
A resume filled with many cans, but his power to end fights is a gift & a curse for 2 reasons:
                    1) So many fights were under 3 rounds so he wasn't getting in the rounds he missed out in the amateurs.
                    2) He will purposely lose rounds & bank on the bullseye shot.
                    BUT, greatest of all time?
As a loyal fan Wilder's from day 1, I have to respectfully disagree.

Like i said before i am a fan of Heavy Weight boxing and give respect to all boxers for entertainment. Now here, on this forum i can see lot of fans are talking about Deontay Wilder fighting Haye, Briggs and Wladimir Klitschko in their prime. Wlad may have been in his prime between 2006 (when he beat Byrd) and 2012 (when he fought Tony Thompson 2nd time) after this he was aging fast (though he won some more fight) and i can't say he was in his prime, he was still a good boxer. The question is when these boxers were in their prime where was Deontay Wilder? Do we really know when were they in their prime?

For me, Deontay Wilder is a decent boxer and a good entertainer in this current era. Time will tell where he ends up! Having said this and after reading the comments i come to a conclusion that no boxers in this era deserves to be ATG or HOF purely because they don't control the fights, their money making team does!!!!
